The passenger conveyor belt has many possible uses and is mainly used in winter and summer.

In winter it is mostly used for connecting ski lifts and ski slopes, for ski schools and skiing in the early stages, as a lift for ski jumpers or for tubing or other sporting activities.

In summer it is mainly used for tubing or connecting amusement parks and golf courses and much more.

It can be equipped with one or two straps. The length is always according to customer requirements (up to 300m).

Material and sizes

The passenger conveyor belts can be made with or alternatively without a roof.

The canopy is made of high-quality polycarbonate, resistant to scratches, damage and UV rays. In addition, the conveyor belt and skiers are protected in heavy snow and bad weather conditions.

The gallery can be completely or partially transparent, with or without wooden segments.

Technische Details

The belt speed is adjustable and can be up to 0.8 m/s. The maximum length is 300 m.

The conveyor belt can be made in different widths: 60, 75, 90 and 100 cm. The material from which the band is made can be multi-layer rubber (flat rubber with non-slip segments and “supergrip”) or plastic.

The control unit on the conveyor belt is manufactured by the world-renowned brand Schneider Electric and powered with parts from Siemens, Lenze, Eurodrive and Watt Drive. The power of the conveyor belt is in the range of 3 kW to 20 kW.

Each conveyor belt has an emergency stop, safety sensors and an emergency call button.
